Our typical turnaround time is 10 business days from artwork approval for most standard products. Some specialty items like custom patches, sublimation apparel, promotional materials, and varsity jackets may require additional lead time.

Yes, we do offer rush services depending on current capacity. Rush fees apply, and our team will confirm availability based on your project timeline.

Full payment is required upfront unless you are an approved partner. Net terms may vary depending on the terms of your partnership agreement.

Sales for all custom-made products are final and cannot be returned or exchanged. However, if there is a production or manufacturing error, we will provide a full refund and/or replace the product at no charge to you.

We offer a wide range of wholesale brands from all the major industry suppliers, including but not limited to Sanmar, S&S Activewear, Champro, and Momentec Brands. You’re welcome to request specific brands or styles based on stock availability.

For best results, wash garments inside out in cold water using a gentle cycle. Tumble dry on low or hang dry to preserve the integrity of the print or embroidery.
