Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Team Sports Apparel. By placing an order through our website or in-store, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding with any purchase.


Custom Orders Are Final

All of our products are made to order and customized based on the details you provide.

  • All sales are final once production begins.
  • We are not responsible for dissatisfaction due to customer errors, such as incorrect spelling, color choices, or sizing submitted during the ordering process.
  • If the product delivered matches the specifications provided, we are no longer liable for returns or exchanges.


Error on Our Part

If we make an error in production that differs from the approved proof or submitted specifications, we will:

  • Correct the mistake at no additional cost to you
  • Offer a replacement or store credit when appropriate

To request a correction, please notify us within 3 business days of receiving your order and include photos of the issue.


Design Restrictions

We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel orders that include:

  • Unethical content (e.g., hate speech, discriminatory language, or images)
  • Profanity or obscene imagery
  • Copyrighted or trademarked material unless you have obtained and can provide written permission from the rightful owner

We strictly adhere to intellectual property rights and will not reproduce protected content without explicit authorization.


Proof Approval

We may provide digital or physical proofs before production. It is your responsibility to:

  • Carefully review and approve all details (design, placement, colors, spelling, etc.)
  • Understand that once approval is given, no further changes can be made

Delays in proof approval may result in delayed delivery timelines.


Turnaround Time

Typical production times are estimated at 10 business days from the time of proof approval or payment confirmation, whichever is later. Extended lead times for certain products.
Rush orders may be accommodated for an additional fee, based on capacity.


Payment Terms

  • Full payment is due at the time of order unless other arrangements have been made in writing
  • We accept major credit cards, debit cards, cash and approved checks
  • Orders will not enter production until payment is received


Limitation of Liability

Team Sports Apparel is not liable for:

  • Delays caused by shipping carriers, supply chain issues, or acts beyond our control
  • Slight color or sizing variances due to manufacturing tolerances
  • Damages resulting from misuse or failure to follow care instructions


Refusal of Service

We reserve the right to refuse service to any individual or organization that:

  • Submits inappropriate or restricted content
  • Fails to communicate respectfully with our staff
  • Attempts to circumvent our stated policies


Privacy

Your information is protected under our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your data with third parties except as necessary to fulfill your order.


Modifications

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The current version will always be available on our website. Continued use of our services indicates your acceptance of any changes.

Return and Refund Policy

At Team Sports Apparel, customer satisfaction is important to us. However, due to the nature of custom-made products, our return and refund policies are outlined below:


Custom Products

  • All custom items are made specifically to your provided design, sizing, and specifications.
  • Custom products cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances, except in the case of a verified manufacturing error.


Blank Apparel Items

  • Blank (non-decorated) apparel items may be exchanged, subject to the following conditions:
    • Items must be in new, unworn, and unwashed condition
    • Exchanges are subject to stock availability
    • Additional restocking or shipping fees may apply


Manufacturing Errors

  • If there is a clear manufacturing defect (e.g., incorrect printing, stitching issues, or the wrong product delivered), we will:
    • Replace the item(s) at no cost to you, or
    • Offer store credit when appropriate
  • You must notify us of any issues within 3 business days of receiving your order.
  • Please include clear photos and a description of the error when contacting us.


Refunds (If Applicable)

  • Refunds are rare and granted only when appropriate, such as for duplicate charges or non-fulfillable blank item orders.
  • If a refund is issued:
    • Refunds to credit cards may take 7–10 business days to appear on your statement
    • Refunds issued via store credit are typically available within 1–2 business days


Return Instructions

If you are eligible for a return or exchange:

  • Please email us with your order number and a description of the issue
  • We will provide return instructions or initiate a replacement process if applicable


Final Notes

  • We reserve the right to deny returns or exchanges that do not meet the above criteria
  • By placing an order, you agree to this Return & Refund Policy in full
