In 2022, ownership transitioned to Jeff Reed, a Purdue University graduate with a background in Management and Marketing. After over a decade in corporate leadership, Jeff stepped into the business with a clear sense of purpose and a desire to honor God through meaningful work. The opportunity to carry on the legacy of Team Sports wasn’t something he sought out—it was something he was called into.

Since then, the business has continued to grow—with a focus on higher-quality products, more precise production standards, and the implementation of modern technology to streamline service and improve the customer experience.
